Happy Birthday, Blog!

365 days and 135 posts (now 136) later, I’ve officially been writing mindfully in style for one year.

Where did the time go?!

I had only lived in Massachusetts for seven days when I started this blog, eyes wide open and excited for what the future would hold.  It took a lot of faith to pick up and move to a city I had only been to once, so I’m happy I was able to document my journey from the very beginning.

It’s been quite the experience going back to see my own transformation and growth over the past twelve months.  Sometimes I will read something and think, “oh, I wrote that? Right.”  How easy it can be to forget the lessons we learn along the way!

I’m grateful to everyone who has supported me this past year, and to those who have lifted me back up when I’ve been down.  Without the encouragement and love, I wouldn’t be able to write with such vulnerability and soul.

I can’t wait to continue to connect with amazing people from all over the world, hear the stories of others, and be able to inspire a little along the way.  Thank you again. ❤
