Waking up on the “right side of the bed” can be a challenge, especially when life seems like a grind. Whether you’re stressed, depressed, unmotivated or just need a push, this simple quote has become my morning mantra (and has improved my mood and perspective as I start each day!):
“Today will be what it is.
I will be who I am.
And there will be beauty in both.”
Lately I have been trying to do less thinking and more feeling. Instead of taking charge, I will try and observe. Instead of speaking, I will sit back and listen.
I don’t need to control everything. All I need to do is the next right thing and let the universe flow.
